We had our JO VB signup today 11-13-16 thank you to all that attended.
Our deadline for signup is Thursday 11-17-16 by 6pm we need a $200.00 deposit made out to SW Fusion along with the participation form and medical release form to Jan at Schwanke Engines.
The coaches for 9th-12th grade are Tiffany Schwanke and Mariah Pietig.
The board will meet on Thursday night and email out teams. You will have until noon on Friday 11-18-16 to receive your $200.00 check back, if you decide not to play for SW Fusion or if we don't have enough players to fill a team.
All new players in 7th - 12th grade we will need a copy of your birth certificate (original one not the one from the hospital, can get from City Hall)
Please have forms filled out and bring along. DO NOT mark the age your girl will be playing it will depend on the oldest girl for what team they will be on.
7TH -12TH GRADE - DO NOT DATE/SIGN ANY FORM UNTIL AFTER NOV. 12TH
There will be uniforms to try on for size.
